I've spent many years mentoring and coaching military transitioning to civilian careers. Some choose business ownership when that seems to be the best option. I have been a certified coach since 2012 with extensive experience in the federal government landscape. As an Air Force veteran and working for DOD, US Army, US Navy and Defense Contractors for more than 20 years and mentoring and coaching veterans via American Corporate Partners for the last 4 years, I have direct insight to staffing, recruiting, vet preference, hiring via non-competitive selection and intimately familiar with resume writing, reviewing, ranking and interviewing. I have a degree in Sociology and minor in Human Resource Administration. And a published author on personal & professional development.
Limitless. This ideal comes from the belief of our capabilities. We don't understand the power we have within our DNA. Within our being. We are so much more than we give ourselves credit to be.
